At Pini Parma, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our Italian craftsmanship. If your purchase is not quite right, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers, and securely seal the box to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
